Every semester we holds one information session and one pre-departure orientation for institutions to increase the student report rate by means of interaction with students and introducing institutions’ strong points to them.
Regular, periodic publicity increases public recognition of overseas institutions. We assist in arranging seminars and speech presentations about overseas institutions at local universities, libraries, and hotels.
We also execute the whole recruitment event on behalf of the institutions’ arrangements, including securing of venue, activity planning, student registration, printing of materials, and catering; therefore, the institutions’ representatives only need to attend and give presentations.
Even if the institutions’ representatives are not able to attend the events, SOAR can execute the presentation and FAQ in the event instead, and submit a report for the institutions’ evaluations.
